Après l'installation de mon potager, il m'a fallu ranger les sachets de graines utilisés. J'ai vu grand (pour l'avenir!) et recyclé une boîte cadeau (merci Sophie!).
After having set my vegetable garden, I had to store the seeds packs I used. I thought big (for the future!) and recycleed a gift box (thanks Sophie!).
Le décor est tout simple: du papier imprimé retravaillé, des chipboards peints en blanc, et une ardoise mentionnant le contenu de la boîte. Et voilà!
The decoration is simple: painted and inked paper, chipboards I painted in white, and a small slate for the content of the box.
La fermeture est magnétique, j'ai ajouté un bouton pour soulever plus facilement le rabat.
The locking is magnetic, I just added a button to lift the flap more easily.
A l'intérieur, j'ai fait une séparation en carton fort, et j'ai collé des imprimés. Sur le fond j'ai collé du carton ondulé, afin que les sachets de graines ne glissent pas.
Inside, I made a divider in thick cardboard, and glued papers. On the bottom I glued corrugated cardboard, so that the seeds packets don't slip.

La boîte, l'intérieur et les découpes de papier.

Les papiers collés sont ensuite passés au Gesso et encrés.
The glued papers are then gessoed and inked.

RépondreSupprimerWhat a genius idea Lys, beautifully decorated and so clever to have a compartment to divide up those seed packets. You will know exactly where to find them when you need them next. I do hope you will share the success of your veg garden when they have all grown.

RépondreSupprimerI bet you had so much fun making that seed box look so spectacular Lys. Love all the little itty bits you added - the chalk board, clip, twine just to name a few and what a great idea to use corrugated cardboard. Love it! Hope your garden is growing nicely and the fruits of your labour are plenty. Hope you show us some photos.
