"Sans la musique...

... la vie serait une erreur": voici une citation de Nietzsche que j'ai voulu illustrer ainsi:

"Without music, life would be a mistake": this is how I wished to illustrate this Nietzsche's quote:

C'est un carton de 30x30 cm (une de mes fameuses boîtes à pizza!), passé au Gesso

It's a 30x30 cm cardboard (one of my famous pizza boxes!) covered with Gesso

La citation est découpée à la Caméo dans un bristol qui m'a servi de pochoir, passé à la Versamark puis à la poudre à embosser blanche.

The quote is cut with my Cameo machine, and I put in this stencil a coat of Versamark then a white embossing powder.

 Ensuite j'ai vaporisé différentes encres, fait quelques coulures,

Then I sprayed different inks, made some drips,

et appliqué par endroits un tampon partition.

and applied randomly a music sheet stamp.

 Pour finir j'ai repassé la citation en intercalant un papier absorbant, ce qui l'a fait ressortir en blanc...

In the end I ironed the quote on a kitchen paper, so it became white again...
